He is the author of two books on corporate structure and has just completed a third book on corporate communications and change. He has also authored or co-authored a number of academic papers and is a frequent contributor to newspapers, conferences and the media.

Martin has a PhD in Chemistry and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He divides his time between the UK and Vancouver.
